These issues occur because the MFC implementation of Visual C++ 2013 contains incorrect code for handling high-DPI mode. When the operating system is in high-DPI mode, applications that use the Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC) library of Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 may behave incorrectly.
